Shannon, I like the poses you're capturing - they lean towards the dynamic side. You're looking at the torso twisting and weight shifting to extreme stances. Try to make longer marks - and when you go over the initial marks to shape more accurate forms, be conscious to keep the lines smooth. For example, a line that goes around a dancer's hips and upper leg and calf - to the ankle. Loosely make that mark then go over it but try to make the line contiguous. Good work.
